Who we are

Sophie Sarrote and Beatrice Carbone, former soloists at the Teatro alla Scala in Milan, have chosen to dedicate their experience and expertise to the training of young talents and to teaching.

In a context where the chances of success may be limited, they seek to build a bridge between education and professional practice, helping to bridge the existing gap. The international audition aims to be a unique opportunity for young dancers to showcase themselves, learn from leading professionals and increase their chances of building a lasting career in dance.

This project thus creates the opportunity for dancers to interact with different Artistic Directors on the same day, facilitating and optimizing the possibilities of entering the dance world of work.
